"Il Labirinto" - A, pergola: 3 large beds: (1,70 x 1,90) meter (1,60 x 1,90) meter (1,20 x 1,90) meter A 64sq m (689sq ft) apartment within the main building, suitable for up to 6 people. It has a 60sq m patio at the front, with a pergola overlooking a green, and with wide views on the valley; the patio is furnished with two tables and chairs, bench, two chaise longue and a BBQ. On the ground floor is a large open space with kitchen/dining room, (oven, cooker, fridge, marble table, sideboard) a clay fireplace and a sleeping area with two double beds and wardrobe. Upstairs there is a double bedroom (large bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers) and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The apartments are thoroughly cleaned but, by their nature, they will never look as clean as modern city apartments. - we are in the forest, in Italian nature where some species of insects also live: the Labirinto is not a place for neurotics who are terrified of it. - the very rare, precious silence of the Labyrinth is paid for with 4.5 km. of unpaved road that must be traveled very slowly. The Labirinto is no place for clean car maniacs. Some important warnings: - Guests traveling by car should bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels). If not possible, it will be provided. - do not arrive with an empty tank: the nearest petrol station is 25 km away. - to reach the Labirinto (where the road ends) you have to travel 4.5 km of an unpaved road in the middle of the woods. The road is always in a good state of maintenance and can be traveled by any car; however it is always possible the presence of some small hole or some outcropping stone: it must be traveled very slowly. - it is very important that you plan your trip in order to get to the Labyrinth before it gets dark: at night it can be difficult to identify the entrance to the road and walking it for the first time can be distressing; furthermore, Franco is an old handicapped man and cannot come to your aid. - arrived at the Labirinto, stop at the parking on the left; absolutely do not go down with the car to the house !!! (you risk breaking the car), - the water of the Labirinto is that of the uncontaminated stream that crosses it but reaches the house through a very long external pipe that remains partially exposed to the sun in the summer months; this is the reason why Franco prudently recommends drinking mineral water. - check if the information in your possession seems sufficient to you to reach the Labirinto; better if you bring with you the maps from the photos of the advertisement. - At the Labirinto the water is heated by solar panels. Consequently, the temperature for showering is only reached in the late morning. -Wifi internet. - the mobile phone has good reception with Vodafone (others I don't know) -the washing machine is available for free in my apartment - what my organic garden produces is available for free to guests
