This is an older house, A/C and Heating are not modern. Portable A/C in the bedroom for those hot summer nights. Guests have access to private bathroom during their stay. The guest bedroom is located upstairs and your private bath is downstairs. She is an old house (80 yr) and no onsuites back in the day.
