Quiet studio with private entrance

Private and independent entrance for this 24 m² studio with private bathroom, toilet, kitchen and balcony near Halle Tony Garnier, ENS, Confluence, Général Frère neighborhood and city center. Equipped with a large double bed, 2 single beds and floor mattress if needed Breakfast essentials (tea, coffee). Fridge, stove, microwave and dishes. If 2 beds for 2 people, bed charged €10/stay Paid/free parking available after 7 pm until 9 am weekdays and all day on Sundays The space The property has a private entrance through another entrance to the building and is separated by a door with our adjoining apartment with an insulating laundry airlock. The entire property is private: bathroom, toilet, entrance, balcony. Bathroom and kitchenette completely renovated in March 2024. The bed is very large and you also have two single beds. A floor mattress can be installed in addition. If the booking is for two people but with separate beds, there will be an extra charge of €10 per stay. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and a fan for hot weather and a radiator for winter periods. Guest access The room is private and does not overlook the street and is therefore very quiet. It has a balcony. For the comfort of our guests we provide a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need for breakfast and to eat (plates, glasses, cutlery). We also have a fridge, microwave as well as a grill and a hotplate with saucepan and frying pan. We are not professionals, we welcome you to our home but the room is totally private (it is a studio that has been combined with our family apartment). So you'll be very quiet there. Our accommodation is adjoining but we have set up a laundry room that prevents you from hearing us (and vice versa) During your stay We love to chat and of course if this is the wish of our guests and we are available, we will be happy to get to know each other better. We also know that some hosts like to be quiet. The room has a private entrance and we will be available if needed. We speak several languages and particularly enjoy hosting foreigners and discovering new cultures. Other things to note For children we provide books, pencils, games and small toys. The room comes with a TV.
