The space Ty Dwt is a vibrant stone cottage situated in a peaceful and safe rural area within the Afan Valley. The cottage has a tiled & heated entrance hallway which provides secure storage for cycles and a drying room for wet clothing (there is an outside hose for cycle washing). Kitchen : Fully fitted with an electric oven, extractor hood, fridge with ice-box, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and slow cooker. Bathroom: Walk in power shower, heated radiator/towel rail, Molton Brown toiletries included for guests use. Lounge: Kingsize Memory Foam bed settee, snuggler armchair, dining table with seating for four, television with Freeview. Stairway to bedroom containing kingsize bed, bedside tables, full length mirror, wardrobes & television with Freeview. This bedroom affords access to an outdoor decked & furnished roof terrace with fire pit. Ty Dwt was newly refurbished during 2019 with high quality furnishings, it benefits from central heating throughout & double glazing with star gazing Velux roof windows to the first floor bedroom. Wifi throughout cottage. Guest access Guests will have full access to all areas of Ty Dwt during their stay. Other things to note Dogs are welcome along with a £100 'Doggy damage deposit' which is fully returnable upon completion of your stay (providing all is well).
