Small quiet house 7 minutes from Puy du Fou and 5 minutes from the city center and shops. The space NON-SMOKING accommodation 🚭 of 40 m2 on one level (note a small step at the entrance!) fully independent comprising: * 1 living room with equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, fridge, oven, and microwave oven) * 1 living room with 2 sofa beds, wifi, TV and access to many apps such as Netflix, Disney+ or Amazon Prime * 1 big bed room with: - 2 double beds of 140*190 (Beds can be separated or put together to feel like sleeping in an XXL bed 👍) * Closet with shelves and wardrobe * 1 bathroom with shower (Toilet 🚻 in the bathroom!) *Small outdoor area *Large parking lot * Electric heating ~~> COMFORT KIT +: €5 surcharge per bed (bed linen, duvet, 1 towel/person) ⬇️ Our two sofas in the living room are convertible into beds, if you want a 3rd or 4th bed a supplement of €8 per bed will be requested. -> **Possibility of having a "baby travel" pack upon SIMPLE REQUEST including: cot, high chair and changing mat** 🚼 Guest access We particularly appreciate welcoming you, sympathizing, while showing you around the house but if you wish to remain discreet or if we cannot make ourselves available, in this case access will be through our 🔑 box, no worries! 😉 Other things to note Lovers of hiking, running or mountain biking can discover the Vendée bocage thanks to the many trails. 🚵‍♀️ Upon arrival, you will find our welcome booklet with the house rules, but also the most sought-after amenities as well as the visits or activities not to be missed!🌈 ✨Don't hesitate to contact us if you are looking for 1 place/ 1 activity in particular, we will be happy to guide you ✨ 🌷An important event to celebrate?
