Cottage in Chianti near Florence

The Cottage is homed in a beautiful converted Medieval Barn in the heart of the Chianti area, just 20 minutes from Florence and 40 minutes from Siena, and is composed of two big Suite rooms with two private bathrooms, living room with kitchen and an outdoor patio. The kitchen is fully equipped. Please note that the cost of gas is according to consumption only during the time heating will be on - March - October/November/December. The space The Cottage is homed in a beautiful converted Medieval Barn, located on top of the Chianti hills, surrounded by olive trees, wine groves and woods. Beside is our Country Inn (opened seasonally), our Winery (we also produce Awarded Red Wines and Extra Virgin Olive Oil) and our private house is close by. Our Swimming Pool is shared. From April to May and from September up to November guests could also reserve for breakfast, lunch or dinner at the Country Inn, please check for availability before. Guest access The Cottage is located in the garden of our property and has an outside patio for private use. A vast flower garden surrounds the Cottage and the shared swimming pool is available for our guests during summer/hot season. Walking through the wineyard, the olive grove and woods is relaxing and regenerating, and you will be amused by breath-taking views. The famed Etruscan Tomb of the Archer is located inside the property and it's worth a visit for being an archeological site that matters, dating back to the 7th century B.C. The Swimming Pool is shared.
