Sunny apartment in the Mokotow district, near the metro. For couples, but also for families or groups of friends (max 4 pers.). On a business trip or a nice time in Warsaw. The space The apartment is designed to be comfortable for guests. We travel a lot, so we created a place we'd love to stay in ourselves. The 37 m² space consists of: A spacious, air-conditioned living room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop (which hides in a drawer under the oven), oven, electric kettle, and coffee maker. You can relax comfortably on the sofa and armchairs. Find something to read on the shelf—guidebooks about Warsaw or inspiration for other destinations. There are games for entertainment. There's also a large wardrobe. We've also fitted a washing machine in the wardrobe. A bedroom alcove with a queen bed and a small desk/vanity table. A spacious bathroom with a shower and access to natural light thanks to a skylight. A balcony runs the length of the apartment, shaded by an awning in the summer. We decided to install additional air conditioning, which significantly increases thermal comfort. ;) In the summer, you can cool the air and heat it up in the winter. We pay attention to detail and have created a space that combines modernity with touches of the past. The armchairs are restored Polish furniture from the 1960s, and the lamp with the newspaper holder is also from a bygone era. ;) The only drawback of the apartment may be that it's located on the 4th floor without an elevator.
