On a quite side street in a lively, safe and convenient neighborhood, with great shopping and dining options, in easy reach of the rest of the city. Very large dining and living room area; 2 bathrooms (one with walk-in shower, one with a bathtub), well-equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Desk and high-speed internet. Ideal for families, larger groups and longer stays (for which there is a big discount). The space Our apartment is on the first floor in a building with elevator. We stay here ourselves now and then so we've tried to make it a great space for all the activities we love and need to do: cooking, hanging out, reading, occasionally working. The kitchen has all the utensils and dishes you need to prepare meals; if someone needs to work there is a desk and also high-speed internet. Guests are welcome to read the guide books and novels on the shelves or to make use of the bike, body board and beach towels. There are ceiling fans and electric radiators in every room. One side of the house gets lots of sun; on the other you have views of the street framed by palm trees. Guest access There is a spot reserved (#4) in the underground parking garage; you will have a key to rooftop terrace to hang your laundry in the sun.
