I'm glad to welcome you in the heart of Pigalle 3 room appartment : . 1 large & sunny living room . 1 Fully equiped kitchen - living . 1 perfectly quiet bedroom bed (160x200) All the windows looks onto calm & private courtyard, making you feel really quiet in one of Paris' most dynamic places. My place is fully equiped, (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, wifi, iron...), making you feel at home. In the living room you'll find a large flat screen, a brand new Bluetooth sound system, stylish sofa and chairs, and 6pax dining table. Authentic and dynamic side of Paris, with numerous fashion stores, restaurants, terraces and bars. When abroad; I always manage to let the keys available in a restaurant nearby (50m) to help you check in whatever the time. The flat stands between the sacré coeur (5mn walk) and Opera (10mn). It is also located on the direct metro line to Louvre (7), Arc de triomphe (2) and Saint germain (12) IMPORTANT RULES - no Pets - no smoking - Due to abusive behaviors of former guests, I will claim to Airbnb in case of excessive and disrespectfull electricy bills, being above 10€ per day. To illustrate, 6€ per day helps the flat to reach 22 celsius degree. Rare, but painfull guests, led bills up to 28€ per day, being 6 times what I pay when I use the flat. Sorry for the unconvenience. Other things to note For sure, enough space is devoted to guests, but please be advised that this flat is where I really live : there is food in the fridge, photos on the walls and clothes in the dressing.
