A large dining table becomes the center stage for your own farm to table dinner parties. A private backyard with a newly added deck and lounge space is ready for endless summer barbecues. Cozy up and watch your favorite shows and movies on the 55 inch tv to unwind from a day at the beach. The beach, a mere 2 mins walk away is the perfect spot for your morning runs or yoga or meditation! Or choose to spend the day at it, no need to drive anywhere far for the most lazy day at the beach. But we will respond via text or calls as needed. We are located at the start of North Fork, with easy access to either further East or to south fork (Hamptons). It’s a very low key and quiet neighborhood. Many folks have lived here for a long time and are full time residents. Everyone is friendly, and says hi to each other. We ask our guests to be respectful of that and not cause any unnecessary ruckus or problem for anyone. Street parking is not encouraged, please use the driveway. The beach is a couple of minutes walk. This sound beach has round pebbles so feel free to bring your beach shoes (recommended).
