Located on 9 wooded acres, Blackbird Cottage is a delight inside & out. Tastefully decorated with comfort in mind, your room has a queen bed with a private bath. The common area shared with two other rooms includes a kitchen. dining area, & washer/dryer. The mini library has books, games & a coffee bar. Explore the garden with a koi pond & goldfish pond, 1100' of creek, two waterfalls, a picnic area, and hikes including one to an overlook of the Columbia. (No Pets due to allergies) The space The entrance is accessed via a set of rustic garden steps (please see photos to ensure you feel comfortable with these). You'll land at the second floor deck where you'll enter through the large sliding glass doors. There you'll enter the common space shared with 2 other rooms. Each room has its own bathroom. The common space has a kitchen and dining area, as well as a bookshelf with a mini library, games, puzzles, and a coffee/tea bar. No animals allowed due to allergies. Guest access You're welcome to explore the gardens and 9 acres at Blackbird Cottage. Some highlights include a trail along the creek starting at the swing, walk up the driveway and find signs pointing to the two waterfalls, stop at the koi pond, walk across the bridge and sit by the creek, at the shed you'll find a photo op mural, and a picnic area or hike to an overlook of the Columbia River.
