La Casa de Valentine is a beautiful and spacious house with swimming pool and beautiful garden, 20 minutes from Valencia and 5 minutes from the beach by car. Located between mountain and sea, on a fenced plot of 1200 m², it offers total privacy for vacationers. The garden is a slice of paradise for everyone with its fully equipped outdoor kitchen, giant trampoline, ping pong table and soccer/basketball court. La Casa de Valentine guarantees you an unforgettable vacation! The space The house is very large and bright with large spaces. There is a driveway on each side of the house to park two cars. You can also park on the street, right in front of the house. Entering the house through the entrance hall, on the ground floor, we have a large modern and well-equipped kitchen. On the same floor, we find a large living room, dining room with a very large bay window that offers a splendid view of the entire garden. There are also two bedrooms and a shower room. The staircase takes us to the upper floor and the lower floor, to the garden level. On the first floor, we find a large master suite with a balcony and terrace overlooking the sea. Also on the same floor, we have two children's bedrooms with a connecting bathroom. On the garden level, we find a 55 m² apartment comprising a bedroom with a double bed and a main room, kitchen, dining room, living room with double sofa bed and a shower room. Wi-Fi internet connection. Laundry room with washing machine. Outdoor shower and toilet. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, except for the workshop and garage on the ground floor. Other things to note Identity card to be communicated before check-in. Linens (sheets - towels - kitchen towels - bath mats) are provided. We have a cat named Bali, a hypoallergenic British Shorthair, who stays on site. Bali is very independent and will not need special care from you. A security deposit of €2000 will be required upon arrival and returned no later than one week after your departure.
