Andretina - Studio at 20 meters from the Beach

Villa Andretina is a small residence family run in front of Tsilivi beach. From our residence there are few steps to reach the beach and a swimming pool open to all. This accommodation is a studio on the ground floor with 2 single beds (on request we can put together to be a double bed) , kitchen and bathroom with shower. In Villa Andretina there are only 7 apartments with garden or sea view and some common areas to enjoy your holiday (BBQ area, veranda with sunbeds and sea view, roof garden). The space Villa Andretina is just in front of the sea and near all facilities reachable by walk. Guest access The apartment is totally private and in the residence there are also common areas: BBQ area on the first floor with a big table, open shower in the entrance, veranda in front of the sea with sunbeds and a roof garden with sea view. Other things to note Restaurants, mini-markets, rentals, pubs and other services all in a walking distance. Car is not necessary but if you want it we can help you in renting.
