Located in a dominant position above the Borgo di Metato (LU), il Podere offers a fantastic holiday in total relaxation and comfort into the nature, ideal for groups or families up to 6 people. The space Outside, the sunny private garden extends for more than 1500m2 with a hilly terrain decorated with olive and cypress trees, an outdoor main dining room and a barbecue, an extra dining area, a panoramic solarium, a secluded hot tub on the rock and a larger swimming pool overlooking the sea and the valley. The chic interpretation of the rustic interior style maintains a unique harmony with the external environment. The 2-story house has been renovated to a high and functional standard and is equipped with a host of modern comforts. A well-presented living room is accompanied by a suggestive dining room for 8 people (with a fireplace located between the 2 rooms) and by a rustic style eat-in kitchen. The restful sleeping area is perfectly suitable for groups or families of up to 8 people, with 3 king-size double bedrooms with private bathrooms (one of which with independent access) and a 4th bedroom with 2 separate single beds and a family bathroom with shower. Other things to note The place is dreamlike for those who want to feel like an eagle in its eyrie far away from the hustle and bustle of the world. However, keep in mind that the village is mainly pedestrian and clings to a steep slope above the coastal plain.
