Just a few minutes' walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the town centre, many excursion destinations can be easily reached by bus, train or bicycle. Price incl. 3,50€/pers/night tax The space The holiday apartment is approx. 55 m2 in size and designed with great attention to detail. It has a separate entrance and is ideally designed for 2 people (max. 3). The spacious living and kitchen area offers enough space for cooking, eating, watching TV, playing or simply relaxing. The cozy bedroom is a pleasant retreat for reading or resting. The absolute highlight of the holiday apartment is the covered outdoor kitchen on the newly renovated roof terrace. It is available to my guests and allows cooking and dining outside. The apartment offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday. Guest access The following rooms and areas are at your sole disposal: - Entrance area (space for bicycles, strollers, skis…) - Anteroom cloakroom - Toilet with hand basin - Storage room with washing machine - Corridor - Bathroom with shower - Living-kitchen area - Bedroom - Hidden roof terrace, accessible via an outside staircase (covered outdoorkitchen) - cozy spot in the front garden Other things to note Living like at home, a comfortable bed, the quiet of the area and a very well-equipped kitchen characterize the holiday apartment. A large selection of organic spices (Sonnentor brand), organic olive oil from Sicily and balsamic vinegar are always available. Breakfast coffee can be prepared with a Lavazza espresso machine (capsules not available in stores, so in stock - 50c/capsule) or alternatively with the tried and tested Bialetti espresso maker (Lavazza - available at Billa).
