Self-contained, modern garden house comprising of 3 rooms: A bedroom with 2 single beds OR superking size bed A living room/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, hob, crockery & cooking utensils. The living area contains a convertible sofa-bed, smart tv & super fast wi-fi. A bathroom with shower, sink, wc. Situated in our large garden in Derby, near the city with easy access to the Peak District. Sleeps max. 3 people. Well behaved dogs very welcome.
