Welcome!! We're excited to share our house with you! You'll get the whole ground level of the house - two very large clean modern rooms with a private entrance, bathroom, and direct yard access to the hammock, fire pit, and wildlife. Off-street parking for 2 cars, kitchenette, fast wifi, smart TV, heat or A/C, and much more! We will give you awesome tips on everything in the area and beyond! 15 mins downtown Portland (Uber/Lyft available) 1 mile from I-95 11 mins from the airport The space You get to stay in our fully finished carpeted daylight basement with direct yard access. There are two rooms downstairs for you to use and each one has a comfy queen bed. There's also a nice leather couch and firm futon that opens up to another bed. There is a full private bathroom with clean soft towels. There is a kitchenette with your own fridge, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, utensils, pots, plates, glasses, a dining room table, a smart TV, USBs in bedtable lamps, fast wifi, ping pong, fire pit... Guest access You have direct access to the driveway/yard where you can safely park for free. You also have direct access to our hammock (seasonal) and the fire pit at the end of the yard. Wifi is strong throughout and there are outlets everywhere! Other things to note - 11 minutes (4.6 miles) from the Portland International Jetport - 15 minutes (5.1 miles) from downtown Portland - Convenience store walking distance, 2 minute drive to restaurants and many stores in Westbrook. River walk, park, playground, hiking / running / biking trails. - Less than 5 minutes to some amazing breweries: Allagash, Mast Landing, Yes, Battery Steele, Austin Street, Definitive, and 10-15 minutes to about 20 more! - 10 minutes to an awesome swimming hole in the river. Jump off the covered bridge, rope swing, or cliffs. Hang out with the locals. Have a cerveza. - 20 minutes to go for a stroll around or to go swimming in the cold and beautiful Atlantic Ocean - Two fun hosts! We know Maine by heart and can direct you to have the best possible experience while visiting Maine! - We have a cat, Luna. She is a very friendly part-coon who will come visit at some point. Feel free to hang out inside or outside.
