Family friendly cottage on the Belleisle Bay

Family friendly cottage in Erb's Cove, beautiful sunsets. 15 minutes from Hampton, down the road from Bate's landing food stand, or 15 minutes to Kingston store and saturday market. This is our owner occupied so equipped with all the amenities- we have a dog for those with allergies. Deep enough for a boat to come to the dock. Wifi, a big loft for extra sleeping space, off street parking, canoe, nice beach with firepit and also a propane firepit on the deck. No loud partiers, close neighbours. Other things to note The cottage is quite close to the road, so if you are worried about kids or pets being on the road, this is something to consider. Lots of space at the water side to play, just something to note.
