The Majestic Mansions - Apartments at St Clair is a beautiful heritage building built in 1919 containing 12 services apartments. The building is located 25 metres from St Clair beach surrounded by cafes and restaraunts. It is a haven for dog walkers surfers and the local community. St Clair is the "go to" spot on a sunny Dunedin day. The space The apartment is fully self contained with separate kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and lounge. The bedroom has a queen bed and we can add a roll away bed (for an additional nightly charge) to the lounge or bedroom area to accommodate up to 3 guests. The apartment is located on the top floor and has views to the sea from most rooms.
