I cater mostly to backpackers, reviewers, trainees, travelers (locals or foreigners) who are currently in Manila for a short stay or lay over only, and those who have quick errands around the area. Close to Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong, Taguig. Safe with 24-hour security. 15-20 minutes away To & From the airport. ONE (1) guest is only allowed FREE BREAKFAST & during your stay. NOTE: The place is NOT advisable for long stays. For this is a shared unit. The space SHARED UNIT. PRIVATE ROOM WITH AIRCON. Spacious place and clean unit. This is a 2 bedroom unit, with 1 bedroom available for Airbnb stay. I will be around the place the whole time. SO PLEASE TAKE NOTE ON THAT. I stay in the other room, but you can have your own privacy with your private room. Shared common area, living room, dining area & toilet. FREE BREAKFAST. You can also bring your own food during your stay. The place have a refrigerator to store your foods. NOTE: Paid swimming pool is available for non-resident for Php100 per person per day. Guest access REMINDERS: 1. STRICTLY FOR ONE (1) PERSON ONLY. ONE GUEST per stay, NO COMPANION allowed. 2. SHARED UNIT but with PRIVATE ROOMS. A shared 2-Bedroom condo unit. With one private bedroom for the guest with aircon. 3. No visitors allowed. No friends & family coming over during your stay. You can meet them at the lobby/admin area near the Pool. 4. Early check-in means early checkout too. Check Out time: 1:00PM. LATE CHECK IN IS OKEY. 5. Outside food is ALLOWED inside the unit. 6. NO Alcoholic Drinks or Drinking allowed during your stay inside the unit. 7. Drunk guest are not allowed to enter the premises during stay. And we have the right to call for the securities downstairs to ask you to leave the premises immediately. Payment non-refundable. 8. No parking available. Parking is a first come, first serve basis with cash payment (Php250-Php300 overnight). Please message me in advance to book your parking. 9. NO PETS ALLOWED. 10. Not for long stays. Only for 1-2(max) day stay only. During your stay I will be in the place most of the time if I have a guest booked.
