The space The 2 BR Suite at The Signature is the 1 BR with the adjoining Deluxe Suite. The combination of the Suites sleep up to 8 guests in a total of 1500 square feet. The 2 BR sleeps up to eight guests with two king beds and two queen sleeper sofas in three separate rooms with three Baths. Guest access The Signature has it's own outdoor walkway to the MGM Convention Center, Wet Republic and Top Golf! Other things to note Resort Fees at this property are $100.00/day (plus taxes) and are billed at check-in and payable directly to the Hotel. The published rates for this property do NOT include the required Resort Fees. All registered guests are required to have a credit card on file during their stay for incidentals. The incidental hold is $200/day (2 BR only) for up to three days. The incidental hold is reversed at check-out less any room charges. When reserving at this property please note the registered guest is the same as the name on your offer. So please make sure the paying guest is the first to arrive for check-in. We can add one additional name as an authorized guest but that name needs to be submitted at least three days prior to arrival. So think about "WHO" should be reserving the Suite and the order of arrival in Vegas. And sound off at least three days prior to arrival if you need to add a different name to your reservation. And please make sure your name on this site includes both your first and last legal name as it appears on your ID. Any offers not including both first and last names cannot be accepted. Periodically all kitchen items are removed by housekeeping for a deep cleaning. If you should arrive and are missing any kitchen items please call the front desk or housekeeping.
