Unique Loft in Yerba Buena/Tucumán

It is a modern, comfortable loft, close to Cerro Aconquija. Located in one of the most beautiful, quiet places and close to the Tucuman yunga. It is very close to Avenida Aconquija that leads to downtown Yerba Buena and if you continue east it takes us to the heart of San Miguel de Tucumán, the capital. Guests will be personally welcomed by me or someone from my family, I will give them my private phone number, I will promptly attend to their requirements, so that their stay is pleasant. The space You will feel like you are in a retreat and one step away from: enjoying the mountains, their circuits, the Horco Molle experimental reserve (flora-fauna); or the city in its many offerings (Historic Center, Art, Shopping, Bars, Restaurants). The loft is in a place close to and equidistant from Yerba Buena's two nightlife areas: Avenida Aconquija and Avenida Perón. Guest access The place has a large loft with all the amenities. A swimming pool and a large solarium, and a comfortable covered barbecue with a large space to set the table and share. Flowerbeds with tropical and Tucuman plants. Shade trees begin the journey through a long parkland that also serves as a soccer field to distract yourself by dribbling.
