Welcome, here we'll introduce about our place. Our place have 2nd floor and 4 bedroom with shared pool. Our place near with some beach like 1. Pandawa Beach 2. Balangan Beach 3. Dreamland Beach 4. Padang - Padang Beach And some restaurant just around 50 meters or 1 minutes by on foot. The space Our home will be a perfect home for guest that willing to get budget accommodation but still have great size of space, cozy design and comfort facility that can share with friends or family. We have 4 bedroom, that 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bedroom with twin bed and 2 bedroom with queen bed size. In living room you and friends or family can share your time by watching television with international channel and completed with wireless internet that can cover all area of the house. The kitchen and dining room that set up in semi open area will make your breakfast, lunch and dinner time become an intimate time during your holiday. Breakfast is available with additional cost. The pool will share between two guest house, but each guest house has private access to each house, private pool deck and pool day bed and have private parking area. We have staff that will pick you up in the airport, and do daily cleaning service. Our staff will not stay in the house all day long, they will come daily to do cleaning from 8 am to 1 pm, or if you need them occasionally, you can also do a request in advance. Our staff and driver stay in staff house that located right across the guest house, so anytime guest need their help or assistance or need transport, guest will easy to contact them directly. Located just 15 minutes with car or less then 10 minutes with motorbike from Padang-padang beach, Balangan beach and Dreamland beach that were 3 beautiful beach that famous among the surfer, still quite, natural with white sand beach and some exotic hill rock along the beach side. Jimbaran that located about 20 minutes from our place also famous with three clusters of grilled seafood restaurants on the beach are a major tourist draw in the evenings, as is the truly stunning sunset Our place is only 20 min by car (in normal traffic) that located at south of the airport. We provide airport pick up and drop service and already include in the service (only for one ride pick and one ride drop). Parking available for 1 car or 4 to 6 motorbike. Our location is around a 40 min drive (in normal traffic) from Legian and Seminyak, and 30 mins (in normal traffic) from Sanur, via the new toll road linking Benoa to the airport and Sanur. Rent car is available on request with additional cost. We provide free 1 motorbike for each guest house only for short distance transport if guest need to go surrounding our location. We provide information or can arrange tour, rent car, pick and drop transport service, motorbike rental, baby equipment, massage/spa in the house. Please feel free to communicate with us through airbnb. We would like to put extra attention to guest(s) with small kids, in regards to the swimming pool safety. Our pool have stepping with depth 60 cm but most part of the pool have depth 1.40 m. It should be guest responsibility to take care their own small kids for their own safety. We provide pool fence that already designed to be integrated around the pool that can lock and open by the guest. We also provide some kids/baby pool equipment.
