Just 15 minutes to Baylor campus and Magnolia Market, you can visit all the hot spots and escape to relax. This is one of 4 tiny houses available on our 30 acre property, with 20 rooms total at Gathering Oaks Retreat. Enjoy the games in the courtyard, swimming pool, picnic tables and nature. The space This gem is far enough out to set the mood for a relaxing getaway, but about ten to fifteen minutes to restaurants, shopping and local attractions! You can't go wrong as you enjoy a little bit of everything! Pet friendly with a $100 fee for your whole stay with a max of two dogs. This room is a rare find as this property usually rents as a full property buyout. Gathering Oaks Retreat hosts reunions, retreats, and weddings, but this gem of a property is available on occasion to book a single room. Enjoy!! Guest access No daily hotel service or breakfast options. Fire pit, patio furniture, pool, and outdoor games are all shared spaces. We do not have natural gas and do not keep the hot tub heated 24/7 to save energy and keep things green. If you would like to request a hot tub reservation, October through April, we can warm it up remotely for a fee of $50 per hour. This fee is optional and and covers the private hot tub reservation, extra power and prep, but is totally worth it for that perfect evening dip under the stars! Feel free to bring your own fire wood (no cedar) to light the fire pit at your convenience. Hot tub requests should be made before noon. Feel free to use any outdoor furniture on property, and enjoy the playground and games! Other things to note No fishing or swimming in pond.
