Bellevue-Odra 2

The studio is located on the 1st floor and consists of a room with a French balcony and a bathroom with a window. The room has a beautiful view of the Oder River. There is also a fully equipped kitchen upstairs, which is shared with a second room available in another of my listings. The whole is heated in winter and cooled in summer. Pets are allowed. The space Bellevue is located on the West Oder River. It's a great place for water and nature lovers. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants here, so guests have to go to the city or cook on the spot in a fully equipped kitchen. The center of Szczecin is about 10km and the nearest store is 5km away. This is the area of the Landscape Park, soon the National Park, so you can only move with the help of oars or an electric motor. This is where we will move to one of the channels of Międzyodrza, we will move to another world, a world of fauna and aquatic flora unprecedented in the valleys of other European rivers. There's a paradise for waterfowl and a place where fish live peacefully. You can only hear the sounds of birds and the buzz of the cane. You can also go hiking or biking the Bielika Trail running through the area adjacent to the Lower Odra Rozlewisko. Guest access There is a free and closed parking space on the property. BBQ grill with seating is located directly on the riverbank 150m from the property. Boats, kayaks can be rented from a neighbor 10m from the accommodation facility. During your stay I'm here all the time and I'm here to help during my stay. The cat is not aggressive and tends to run away from strangers.
