Welcoming private apartment in a 20th century townhouse in Artsy Bushwhick, Brooklyn. Close to three subway stops: M, J and L trains. Minutes from Williamsburg, Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn. Includes access to kitchen, private bathroom and garden access. Fully furnished: Queen bed perfect for 2 guests, 42in smartTV and Internet. The space This is a two family home, we own and live in the property since 2012. The guest apartment area is located on the ground floor. We normally use the space as a separate working studio and a guest room for friends and family. Space features tiled floor, a bathroom with shower, and a kitchen equipped with the essentials for cooking. Internet and all utilities are included. Guests can also relax on the backyard patio and enjoy a garden view. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to call home! You will have access to the apartment through a private street-level entrance at the front of the house, so you can come and go as you please at any time, day or night. You'll have open access to the living room, kitchen and all other common areas. There is a room on the back that will be locked and out of limit. We live on the premises and will coordinate the access when you've confirmed your reservation. Other things to note We require each guest to complete a few steps prior to arrival. Your booking will not be complete until all steps below are completed: 1. We will request your phone and email address. 2. We will request a photo of the ID of each person that moves into the apartment/room. This will be requested during booking and again at check-in. 3. We are only accepting stays on 30,60 and 90 days only. No half months (ie: 45 days) 4. Please be aware that we may be requiring you to sign a lease as part of the booking process. Signed by all guests who make a long-term Airbnb booking (for 30 days or more). Additionally, please note: 1. We do not accept bookings made by one person for another (third-party bookings). If you want to book our property, you must use your own Airbnb account. We require the person booking to present the exact identification attached to the Airbnb account during the move-in. We will only consider guests with a good standing in airbnb. Guest with no review history will need additional screening and will be considered on a case by case basis. 2. We may have security cameras in place, entrance only. 3. Early check-in may be available, but can not be guaranteed. If available the earliest possible time would be 12 PM (again subject to other factors). 4. Night check-in (after 9 pm) may also be organized. We can't guarantee check-in between 12:00 am and 9 am (the following day after your booking commences) The apartment doesn’t have a high ceiling (6'-7" high) so tall guests need to consider this fact before booking. Noise Levels: This is Brooklyn NYC, so street city noise is expected specially during mornings. Our street is residential and usually quiet, during summer people tend to spend more time outside and music could be heard all around specially during weekends. The AC unit on the window (only on summer months) will block out all the street noise. A laundromat is located at walking distance .
