Arrival is seamless with self-check-in; the door will be unlocked with the lights on and the key waiting for you on the dining table. Other things to note * River Access: Please note that while this is a waterfront property, the San Gabriel River is not visible from the home. It is a pleasant 5-minute walk down to the water's edge. * A Rich History: Throughout the home, you'll marvel at the hand-laid stone walls. The stones were carried up from the river and meticulously placed by the owner's parents. * Local Art: The home is decorated with framed reproductions of art painted by its previous owner, C.P.
