Warm cosy room for single adult in private house.

The space My house is a warm, comfortable home from home for any guest. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the bed is comfy, with an electric blanket for those chilly nights, to add extra warmth! The bathroom has a power shower. The kitchen table is set for breakfast, so guests can help themselves to a selection of cereals, soda bread and white bread to toast if wished. There is a coffee maker and tea. Guest access Patio in the back garden is available as a smoking area. During your stay I am available to answer any questions you may have regarding your stay or advice about the area by email or text initially or will return call asap. There is also an information folder in your room of tourist attractions and recommended restaurants and bars in the area. I want each guest to feel at home during their stay and come and go as they please with their own key. The kitchen is available to make tea/coffee, and a light breakfast of cereal/toast/soda bread is included to help yourself in the morning. My number is listed to visitors who have confirmed their booking. Other things to note The Annual Ballina Salmon Festival is held this year on July 6th- 14th. This is not to be missed with lots of entertainment on the streets and in the pubs. Heritage Day on Wednesday July 10th, where people dress up in costumes of a bygone era and tradesmen of yesteryear show how they made their tools of the trade, all set up on the streets for the day with stalls of food, drinks, trinkets and also pig on the spit. Grand finale on Sat evening, July 13th, with the spectacular Mardi Gras through the centre of Ballina, concluding with an impressive fireworks display outside the Cathedral in front of the River Moy. People come from near and far for this festival every year.
