OCEAN FRONT!! Uber comfy old school beach house!!

My grandma Alice’s Surfers Cove Beach House is a place to melt into. Extremely comfy, excellent bedding, & impeccably clean. Retro beach house feel w/ just the right amount of plush. Lounge around, watch the surfers, be mesmerized by the waves. Hiking & beach walks are at your literal doorstep. A short 15 minute walk will take you to a neighborhood grocery store, golf course, restaurant & the promenade...which will lead you to downtown bumper cars, arcade, shopping, entertainment & food! The space The Surfers Cove Beach House is a 2 story, 3 bedroom house located directly across the street from the ocean on a very large triple lot. There are 2 balcony decks, one large in the rear for bbq and lounging and another ocean front balcony for lazy wave and sunset watching. There is a large outdoor fire pit and a HUGE yard with tons of room to play. It is surrounded by trees and backs up to a small forest with no neighbors in the back. Lots of room for on site parking in our large paved driveway. Level first floor (with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom) and driveway make for great disability access. 4 vehicles max. No camping allowed. Parties and events not allowed. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the house, large yard and property except for a storage garage located under the back balcony and a small locked linen closet within the house. 2 house keys are provided with easy self check in. Other things to note This is a well loved, immaculately clean, super comfy bed and linens, well stocked RETRO OLD SCHOOL wonderful family beach house. If you’re expecting THE RITZ, ROOM SERVICE, A BUTLER OR EVEN A DISHWASHER (besides yourself LOL) then please look elsewhere. Golf course is only a 2 minute drive or 15 min walk away!! ***Dogs allowed. No cats. A $65 per dog will be added. ALL DOGS MUST BE PREAUTHORIZED BEFORE BOOKING*** ***10% city mandated lodging tax now included in nightly pricing. ***Additional $50 fee for leaving unwashed dishes*** ***Additional $25 fee for leaving dog poo in the yard*** ***All dogs welcome except excessive long hair shedders or huskies. If you know your dog falls in this category please reach out to me, for an additional cleaning fee, we can make exceptions*** Maximum of 4 vehicles only *city code ABSOLUTELY NO CAMPING ALLOWED Or sleeping in any camper style vehicles IMPORTANT: The 4th bedroom sleeping area is a COMMON SPACE surrounded by the living room, kitchen and Double bedroom on the second floor. There are heavy privacy drapes to close this area off making it a great sleeping quarters or wing when combined with the double bedroom. A twin trundle day bed with tons of pillows is included perfect for naps or reading during the day (ocean view included :-) The trundle bed can turn into: 1 SINGLE, 2 SINGLES OR 1 KING (when combining both beds together). Please note, there are 2 full bathrooms. The lower bath has a large walk in shower and the upper has a relaxing large tub, but NO SHOWER. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and baking but has NO DISHWASHER. The BBQ is propane. A propane tank is included but renters are responsible to fill. Absolutely no wipes to be flushed .
