Our 600-year-old farm is located on the sunny outskirts of Klobenstein, in a quiet secluded location, surrounded by meadows and forests and the panorama of the Dolomites. Completed in 2018, the apartments are an expression of the new alpine living: spacious light-filled rooms with a view of Schlern, Latemar and Co, wooden floors, South Tyrolean Porphyr, young South Tyrolean design. Experience nature consciously, encounter animals, watch how food grows. Other things to note The price includes: Rittencard, bread service, bathroom bedding, heating, water and electricity, cleaning (incl. Final cleaning). The local tax of €1.55 per night per person is not included in the price. Children and adolescents under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax upon presentation of a valid identity card. On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready for occupancy from 4 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10 am. Other times are on request.
