It has a beautiful roof terrace for sundowners with a view over the Pacific ocean and a balcony for sunrises looking into the foothills of the Andes. 3 double bedrooms, 2 en suite one on the first floor and other with direct access to the roof terrace. 3 modern bathrooms one has a bathtub. The apartment its very bright and have airy environments. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. As your health comes first. All furniture is new and good quality for a pleasant short or long stay. -In the LIVING ROOM: You will find a comfortable 3 and 2 seater sofa with a nice surfboard displayed to decorate the wall. As well with SMART TV with access to NETFLIX, YOUTUBE & WIFI. -In the DINING ROOM: An elegant and classy blue single Sofa in the corner great for a morning cup of coffee and a glass dining table facing the balcony with the nice view of the surrounding mountains. -In the KITCHEN: An open plan kitchen with nice illumination, fully equipped with all you need to whip up a fresh meal. - In the BEDROOM: All beds have Premiun Matresses and deluxes pillows, linen and duvets. 2 x Ensuite master bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with quality bed linens to ensure your comfort. -In the BATHROOM: 3 x modern bathrooms come with showers and good quality fittings and the large master bedroom is equipped with a large bathtub and shower. The shower gives a view from the beach to the mountains. The top floor has a large roof terrace to enjoy the sunset, sea breeze and all of Huanchaco city. We also provide fresh towels. Have a lovely stay! Guest access Guest have access to the whole apartment and communal courtyard. In the communal Yard there is wooden washing line with our apartment No. 602 so you can hang your cloths. We have Beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs, as per request in advance. You will have access to the entire apartment and it’s located on the 6th floor. (access by stairs only) Other things to note This is a coordinated CHECK IN. The building it’s Moka and white colors. To get access to the main entrance door you can Dial 601/2 and Ruth (who manage the property) will meet you and Welcome you.
