Our unit has great space of comfort with aircon, complete and functional kitchen, 1 bedroom with a view, double size bed with pull out bed underneath, a lounge set that can be converted to a double size bed. The space - Our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including Microwave oven, induction cook top with range hood, refrigerator, rice cooker, water kettle and bread toaster. We provide complete utensils, knife set, cooking pan, dinnerware such as plates, cups and saucer, bowl, drinking glass, etc. Air-conditioning Free use of Internet connection up to 25mbps Shower heater fitted in the bathroom - We provide shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, bath towels, and toilet rolls. (for short stay Guests only) - Our toilet bowl is fitted with bidet for our Guest’ convenience and hygiene purpose. - Price is inclusive utilities ( Electricity & Water) for short stay Guest only (3 days free) - For Long Term (1 month - 3 months) 25,000.00 pesos/month. Electric usage will be charged separately. - As per Airbnb policy, Guests are not charged for the amount of the Security Deposit unless a claim is made by the Host for any damages or missing items in the premises within 48 hours after check out. Guest access 32" TV with Android box with installed Apps., so you can enjoy watching TV channels, movie series and also Netflix for free. Boardgames i.e Uno, Monopoly, Scrabble and Jenga Fitness Gym Swimming Pool - additional 100.00 per head for the extra Guest/s. Time: 8:00 AM - 10:00 pm only. Not available on Mondays. Sauna Children's Playground Building has strict security guards to make your stay safe and sound. Other things to note House Rules No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events No blowing candles for cakes Check-in time is 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Check out by 12:00 PM ________________________________________ - Smoking is not allowed (If violates, PHP 2,000) - No pets allowed (If violates, PHP 2,000) - No parties, No illicit drugs, No excessive alcohol inside the Unit (If violates, PHP 2000) - Please follow the building rules. - Turn off all electrical appliances when you are out of the premises. (especially heating / air-conditioning) - Please help in conserving water. Make sure to close all faucets when leaving the Unit. - All Visitors and Guests need to be registered at the reception before entering the Unit. - Additional Guests after 3 people will be charged for 350.00 pesos per person. - Please put back furniture wherever it was before, prior to your check out time. - For the lost of keys you will be charged with fee of PHP 500. - Please notify us immediately for any damages. - Charges may apply to damages or lost of items in the Unit, charges will be deducted from the bond money of the Guests. - There will be a security deposit fee of 1000.00 PHP, upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out. Should there be any damages in the property and lost of items, it will be deducted from the said deposit. - For cleaning services in between the days of your stay, should be arranged by the Guests. Additional charges will apply, PHP 600 for every cleaning visit of the Unit or a Fixed fee of PHP 600 for every cleaning visit ( inclusive of change and laundry of all basic bedrooms linen, bath towels, and major cleaning of the whole Unit. And to be pay directly to the Unit Manager. - Guests late check out from check out time will be charged (PHP 500 / hour after 12 noon - Check out time.) -- Only 3 people can use the pool per day. - Please have a photocopy of your valid ID's.
