BE SURPRISED WITH HALF A HOUSE / SWIMMING POOL

A lot to offer for a very small price. There is no option on Airbnb to reflect half a house... it’s either entire house or private room in house. That is why l am listed under entire house. You have virtually HALF a house to feel the comfort of home. Everything you could possibly want to enjoy a perfect abnb stay. I hope my photos reflect that you will be extremely pampered in a very relaxing setting..... The space You will have oodles of room with three bedrooms, bathroom, third bedroom with single bed, living area, kitchenette with a large fridge with freezer and basic cooking facilities ( see photos) You are welcome to also use the main kitchen, which l also use should you wish to use the oven, hot plates and larger bench space ….There also is a beautiful courtyard and pool to enjoy. There is even a fully enclosed garage for your car or to store gear if necessay. Please note that you may run into me from time to time which is a normal occurrence when staying in an Airbnb. This would be very rare as l work and have a busy life style. I can accommodate five comfortably and the space is ideal for families or longer stay. Perfect also for just one or two people wanting a bit more space than normal Airbnb sharing. I also love hosting wonderful back packers and to spoil them just a little. There is open farm space opposite the house in a lovely rural setting. I am also near a unique wetland park with a pleasant walk to town or close bus. My reviews reflect that my home is very reasonably priced ..... maybe just a little eclectic... l simply LOVE being an Airbnb host... Guest access A large proportion of my home will be available to you.... ( except for my living space ). ... l think you will feel relaxed in the court yard and pool area and you can also come and go through my garage or via the courtyard . There is off street parking in my driveway or a garage option if needed. You will be completely autonomous with more than ample inside and outside comfort... home away from home ..... Other things to note I would love you to leave my home feeling relaxed and appreciating good Aussie hospitality.... I am happy to drive guests any where or pick up if necessary. I genuinely want your stay with me to be one you think back on as a high light of your travels. I have three separate bedrooms with double beds in two to accommodate four but l also have a comfortable single bed in a separate room for a fifth person or child if needed ... l also have a single bed mattress which you can use for an extra person if needed
