Private In-Law Suite - 1 mile from UF Campus

This suite is just over one mile from the University of Florida campus as well as Downtown. Shands and the VA hospitals are approximately 2 miles away. The unit has just been completely refurbished and offers a private bedroom, bathroom, guest entrance, A/C and parking. The unit is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is within easy access to local grocery stores, pharmacies and other amenities. The space There is the original hardwood flooring throughout the unit, a queen-sized bed, tea and coffee-making facilities and a 55" television with access to apple tv (My YouTubeTV account is provided). Other streaming platforms are available for you to log into. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment as well as the private garden outside the apartment door. Other things to note To ensure your comfort, the A/C will be kept at a constant temperature of 74 degrees throughout the warmer months. During the cooler months, the AC will be set at a comfortable temperature. I have cats in my home. However, my cats do not have access to the suite.
