Diverse and lively neighborhood. Supermarket, bakery and several small shops nearby. A parking space in the courtyard is available during certain periods (to be confirmed, extra 10 euros/day). We live just above and will be happy to meet you and advise you. Other things to note The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Downloads of files via the internet are strictly prohibited and subject to a fine of 1,500 euros. It is not possible to "sublet" this accommodation. Only the people who have been reported during the booking will be able to stay there. Parties are forbidden.
