Description
a cozy and bright retreat, close to the 5 terre, suitable for dynamic people, for those who want to get to know a genuine Liguria, a tough and fascinating land by venturing along paths or enjoying the beautiful sea. The space Located in a characteristic hillside village (180 m high) on the Gulf of Levanto, surrounded by olive trees and very close to the 5 Terre, the apartment is located on the third and top floor, without an elevator. Small but well distributed: illuminated by a skylight, the entrance with a staircase overlooked by the other spaces, a kitchenette, equipped with an electric hob, fridge and washing machine, a small living room with a table, a sofa (bed) from which to enjoy the view and sunset over the gulf, a double bedroom with a view of the hills to the east and a bathroom with shower. You can use a small storage room on the ground floor. The access road to the village is narrow and steep (about 250m long). The car must be left in the appropriate free public parking halfway up, or in the parking lots before the climb to the village, (see photos). The village can only be reached on foot, there are no commercial activities and in the square, used as a meeting point, there is a delightful church that is worth visiting. At the end of the village, towards the southeast, a path starts among the olive trees that reaches the Church of San Bartolomeo in 25 minutes and in another 25 the hamlet of Gallona, a beautiful walk. Levanto, which is only 4.6 km away, is a typical Ligurian settlement, rich in history, where there is no shortage of restaurants, pizzerias, shops and services of all kinds. Pastine is connected to Levanto by bus, the stop is at the crossroads to the village. It is the ideal way to reach the town, the sea or the station without having to worry about parking. A nest between the sea and mountains, ideal for walkers or anyone who wants to savor the true Ligurian spirit. Guest access The accommodation is entirely for guests and there is a small storage room on the ground floor. There is no connection to methane gas, everything is powered by electricity, during the stay it is advisable not to turn on too many appliances at the same time, so as not to trip the meter due to excessive absorption. Nothing serious though, to reactivate it just turn something off and go downstairs, where the electrical panel is located and turn it back on. Other things to note Upon arrival, you will have to pay me the tourist tax for the Municipality of Levanto, €1.00 per person per day. Since there are no shops in the village, it is advisable to plan ahead. If the arrival time allows, I can accompany you to a supermarket in Levanto. In the house you will find the essentials for immediate survival: oil, spices, salt, peeled tomatoes, pasta, sugar, tea, coffee, homemade jams, as well as household detergents, soap and shampoo for personal use.
