The cottage has an en suite bathroom, spacious bedroom, cute verandah and kitchenette, all fully furnished. There is an outside open garden area under wonderful indigenous trees, with your own picnic table with a sun umbrella, safari chairs and table, outside fire if you would like and fully privately fenced in area. A lovely starter pack is provided. Organically produced cinnabar green body wash, shampoo and conditioner and body cream are provided in the bathroom. Our guests have entire access to the entire cottage. The pool, lounge area and gazebo are shared with other guests at the property. We are available to assist with any queries or concerns you may have. Nairobi is a colorful and vibrant city, full of amazing activities for everyone to enjoy. Including but not limited to the following: A visit to the Sheldrick Trust to see the amazing work they do rehabilitating orphaned elephants. A visit to the Giraffe center, walks and cycles rides on the famous Ngong hills, shopping in our treasure trove of suggestions, spa treatments and talks on anything from the Ocean to archeology are also available. Just ask and we can guide! These activities come at an extra surcharge and honestly need to be booked in advance. Best to reach us in your private vehicle, with a driver, taxi or Uber. We can also arrange for an airport transfer to or from the property at USD 45 and USD 30 to JKIA airport and Wilson airport respectively. We recommend this as our driver, Fred is trustworthy and reliable. Once booked a Whats App group is established and the pin and directions provided. Primarily booked on a bed and breakfast option, our small and wonderful team are happy to recommend local restaurant and friendly drivers to our guests. Every evening from 6pm (18:00) sundowners can be arranged around the fire where we feed our garden bush babies (greater galagos) and enjoy a glass of wine or beer, while chatting the evening away. Worth noting that this and any other of our awesome excursions have to be booked for in advance. There is a wide variety of lovely things you can do in Nairobi. From the famous giraffe center, hiking on the Ngong hills, game drives in the Nairobi National Park and very cool tours of our wonderful vibrant city.
