Entire private flat within charming cottage situated in picturesque country village. 10 mins from Market Harborough train station. (Only 1 hr from St Pancras Station.) Half an hr from Stamford & Rutland Water and only 10 mins from small market town of Uppingham. We offer two interconnecting double bedrooms with shower room and kitchenette with dining table in family home. First Bedroom on 1st floor and 2nd bedroom on second floor, within apartment. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW Shared entrance to family home but private area through front door up stairs to private first and second floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms (to accommodate 3 guests), ensuite shower room and kitchenette. There is no sitting area as such apart from the dining table in the kitchenette. Suitable for adult couples or friends and for those requiring a base for excursions or those working locally during the day. The kitchen has a fridge and microwave but NO COOKER. However there are lovely local pubs in the area, please just ask your hostess. There’s also a really good village shop around the corner. The accommodation is suitable for those wanting a quiet stay in a peaceful village. Tea, coffee and milk are provided and ingredients for a continental breakfast can be supplied. Bikes can be accommodated for cyclists - Please mention in booking. Preferably no pets but this could be negotiated. Use of small garden on invitation only. Guest access Front entrance to main house with stairway up to apartment. Rest of house private unless invited by host.
