Downtown Elgin is 2 mins away. Post office, city center(public gym) with an indoor pool and a track is a 2 minute drive from our home. The access to the Fox River behind us is a perfect place to take a walk or jog. It is behind our home less than a 2 min walk. During your stay I will be around in the house for any assistance needed. We have brought furniture, art and many practical household items from our travels. My husband has served 20 years as a US Army dentist and an officer. Now has opened his own dental clinic. He offers his services if you are in need of any treatment while visiting. I am a designer and creator of specialty bags and purses. My studio is in our garden basement. I would love to give a tour or even a short class on making a purse if interested. We would love to share a meal with you. Please let us know if you are interested.
