Are you looking for a cozy and bright place to stay in Madrid? You've found it! You'll enjoy the comfort and the hood location of our place. It's a small but lovely place and as it is a 3rd floor, it has lots of light and a cozy ambiance. Don't worry, there are a few stairs at the building entrance but then you can take the elevator ;) The space Our lovely apartment consists in: a master bedroom, a renovated bathroom, and an open space that includes kitchen and living room. Guest access You'll be renting the entire apartment for yourself/yourselves. You can go up to the common terrace with great views to enjoy a coffee or read a book! Other things to note Please be aware that pets and smoking are not allowed. There's a common terrace where you can smoke while enjoying great views. Please remember to take an ashtray with you to keep the space clean. Please keep it quiet after 10pm until 8am to respect neighbors. The apartment belongs to my parenta and there's one closet that has their stuff. You'll have a big closet for your own and lots of space to storage ;)
