The space 🏡 The studio is located on the ground floor of our house and provides privacy with a separate entrance. ⏰ Check-in: from 3:00 pm ⏳ Check out: by 10:00 am 🛋️ Living The studio combines living, sleeping and kitchen areas in a compact and cozy way. A separate bathroom provides privacy and comfort. 🛏️ Equipped with a French bed (140 x 200 cm). ℹ️ ⚠️ Important to know: • The studio is small (17 m²). If you need a lot of space, this may not be the right place for you – but if you love clear mountain air, relaxation and nature, you will feel very comfortable. • The house is located close to a railway track – when the window is closed, the train is barely audible, but we would like to mention this openly. 🧖‍♀️ Wellness: Enjoy your private access to the hot tub and sauna in the open air – perfect for unwinding after an active day in the mountains. ⌛️ The hot tub is available from 5 pm. • Sauna is also available from 5:00 pm – for a maximum of 4 hours each. 👉 Tip: If you book the hot tub, the sauna is included for free. 🏞️ Experience nature: Just a 5-minute walk away, the natural jewel of Äugsten awaits – ideal for hiking and switching off. Also close by: the picturesque Klöntalersee, approx. 15 minutes away – a real highlight for nature lovers. Guest access 🏠 The studio is located on the ground floor with its own entrance, so you can check in and out independently at any time.
