Situated 10 minutes away from Port Elizabeth Airport, this lovely 3 bedroom house situated in Mill Park is set up for socializing. The house has an indoor entertainment braai room which opens up to the pool. With its close proximity to Grey High School and the Beach - there is not much more to look for. Wifi - Fast 25mbps uncapped internet free of charge The space In the "Braai" (BBQ) room there is plenty of space to socialize or watch TV. Open up the stackers doors to the pool and you can enjoy a traditional South African "Braai" and a glass of local wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need from cooking to "braaing" to baking. Guest access The whole property is available for their use. On the property there is a hair salon with a seperate entrance along with a flatlet which occasionally has tenants/guests in it. Other things to note We live in South Africa - While there are no lions roaming the gardens, some wild animals are in the area such as monkeys and birds. When leaving the unit please close all windows and doors for added security.
