Admire the sunset from the wall-to-wall windows that stretch across this newly renovated studio. The bed and bathroom are modern, compact, and comfortable - with everything you need for a wonderful time away. Coming for holiday or work, this will be your home away from home. Your car will be safe in the secure parking area. There is also an inverter so you will still have lights and Wi-Fi when the area is experiencing load shedding. There is a 24-hour doorman downstairs to welcome you. The space The Studio will be your own space to relax and enjoy your time in Cape Town. It is a studio with a dedicated kitchen area, lounge and bedroom area and a private bathroom. Being on the 6th Floor you will enjoy amazing views of the ocean and Robben Island from the wall to wall windows. We have stocked the apartment with all the basics that you would need if you would like to stay in and and cook. There is an integrated full size fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and a nespresso machine. I provide the basics to get you started like milk, coffee, tea and some cooking essentials. The apartment also has Apple TV, Netflix (own account required) and an uncapped super fast fiber internet connection. The building is also connected to a large inverter (which is quiet, not like a generator) so when the area is experiencing load shedding the elevator will be operational and all the public areas will be lit up. Guest access The apartment is situated on the 6th floor of an apartment building, and there is a lift that is connected to the inverter so it works during load shedding. There is 24 hour security/doorman in the lobby and luggage storage for early arrivals or if you are needing to leave your luggage for a few hours after check out time. Other things to note Due to the apartment building having a 24 hour doorman I do offer a 24 hour self check in option if you have a late arrival or early departure. During load shedding the lights and wifi will work but the plugs/outlets are not connected. You will need your own Netflix account.
