King Room - Private Attached Bath (The Attic)

Beautifully decorated, dedicated, third-floor master suite with private attached bathroom & king bed. It is a 10 min. walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and museums, with more a 15 min. drive. The free KC Streetcar is 4 blocks away. Search for the map using the word “KC Streetcar”. There is a spacious front porch to enjoy in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The bedroom has premium linens, free high speed Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, microwave, large TV, free premium coffee, free Netflix, and dishes. The space My home is a newly renovated (Spring 2018), historic home. Everyone who comes loves the place. It has a ton of character, which was maintained during the remodel. Great care has been taken to ensure you have everything you need for a great experience as well. The beds are comfortable. The place is always impeccably clean. And, the little things like an iron, coffee, laundry, dishes, and I even have extra toiletries if you forgot something. Guest access You will have access to your own floor, called 'The Attic'. It is a self contained suit with private bathroom. You also have access to laundry if you need it. The rental does not include use of the kitchen, living room, or dining room that are on the first floor. During your stay I am always available through the Airbnb app for any questions or recommendations you might need. I am generally at home during the weeknights and weekends. I do travel at times. During my trips I am still available on the app. Other things to note The room door has a deadbolt and key so your room can be securely locked at all times. No smoking, candles, incense or other forms of fire are allowed. No children. For any stay that is more than 1 week or more, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $35 per week. Keep in mind that the space is located on the third floor. So, there are two flights of stairs. There is an additional room that I rent on the second floor. Registration details NSD-STR-00811
