Dream house with pool, bbq and next to the beach

Wonderful house with pool in the middle of Costa Brava. Tons of light, sea view, Empordà view, and several gardens and terraces. Three bedrooms and fits 7 people. Close to the most amazing beaches in caves, walking distance to supermarket, bakery, fish market. Very quiet, private and relaxing The space Charming house totally renovated with three bedrooms. Master Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds or one queen size bed (available under request). Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with double bed below and single bed on top. Spacious living room area with indoor fireplace with kitchen and direct access to semi covered terrace gallery with table, barbeque and hammock. The kitchen has been completely renovated and has all accessories. Surronding all bedrooms there is a private terrace and there are two bathrooms in the house, one with hot tub and one with shower. There is netflix, amazon primer video and 4g wifi available. The garden is 4000 square feet and the house 1400 square feet. The garden has been renovated in january 2025 and a pool with a beach area has been built. You can park outside the house for free or in the access ramp (up to 3 cars). Beach is located 3 minutes away from the house by car and 45 minutes walking and the town of Pals 2 minutes away. Most beautiful towns in the Costa Brava like Begur, Calella, Tamariu, Peratallada are maximum of 15 minutes away. Rooms have ceiling fans and no air conditioned is needed as the house is very fresh. Eventhough, there is air conditioned in the living room and kitchen area, but we never use it, but it is available to use.
