Charming Beach Bungalow - 5 min walk to Seacliff

Welcome to Seacliff Beach Bungalow, an iconic beach house for your coastal getaway! This cozy cottage is 2 BR/1 bath with private outdoor shower. Located 3 short blocks / 5 minute walk to Seacliff State Beach and walking distance to restaurants. The space This charming cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably (up to 6 if children) in 2 bedrooms, with 1 full bathroom. Queen sofabed in main living area can fit 2 children. Remodeled interior with hardwood floors (no shoes policy, please), and a redwood deck constructed in the backyard. Each bedroom has comfortable queen-sized beds and full closets. Sofabed also includes queen mattress. Please note that while we do not have central air/heat, we have a gas fireplace and space heaters to keep you cozy in the winter. In the summer, we have fans along with the ocean breeze! Guest access For your convenience, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys are provided. Upon your return from a day at the beach, a private outdoor shower is available. Enjoy dinners grilling on the charcoal or gas BBQs. Spend your evenings relaxing on the deck, around the solo stove fire pit, playing board games or watching movies on the flat screen in a cozy living room with fireplace. Cook in the kitchen, equipped with gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Pardon, no dishwasher. Borrow our beach chairs, umbrella and gear to enjoy a day at the beach. Enjoy the heated outdoor shower on the patio upon your return! Guests are not allowed to access the backyard storage shed or locked closet in the master bedroom. Other things to note PLEASE READ: If you are the type of guest that doesn’t like to clean your own spills, prefers a hotel-like stay with the all the upscale amenities, brand new furniture and a daily cleaning staff then *our home is not for you.* We share our family holiday home and do not appreciate guests that are inconsiderate and nor do our neighbors. Please note: - Absolutely no parking directly in front of our home - one car in the driveway only. Room for additional car across and down the street - please take extra care to ensure our neighbors are able to access their homes and driveways. - You must be at least 21 years old to rent and stay at our property. No exceptions. - Sorry, no family pets allowed. **Do not ask or try to sneak your pet onsite.** There are plenty of pet-friendly Airbnb owners to choose from. A $500 fine will be issued if guests choose to smoke inside and on our property or bring pets. We have hosted many wonderful guests over the years and it’s the few bad apples that end up causing damage that have resulted in families having to reschedule or cancel their vacations due to us having to remediate and repair.
