The space The building is a low-rise condominium building (8 floors only) built in the late 90's. The place is a 69-sq. meter condominium unit. Indicate the actual number of persons in your booking. For example, if you indicated just 5 persons we will only allow 5 persons to enter the place. Guest access The entire place. Other things to note Strictly NO SMOKING or any prohibited substances in the unit. P15,000 penalty if you leave the place with bad smell.
