Ellie’s House - Cairns

Ellie's House is a low-set, tropical “Queenslander-style” cottage located in the quiet, relaxed, village suburb of Stratford just 10 mins drive from both the Cairns Airport and the Cairns city centre. Your bright, colourful “home away from home” provides the perfect base to explore Cairns and all that this beautiful area has to offer. Ellie's House is fully airconditioned and is ideal for 1 or 2 couples. The space This comfortable, fully air-conditioned, well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is full of character and relaxed charm. The vibrant colour palette throughout combined with the warm natural timber furnishings epitomises life in Tropical North Queensland. Both bedrooms are light and bright with built in wardrobes and quality bed linen. The queen bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and the double room is conveniently located right next to the main bathroom. There is good airflow throughout the house and it is very cool in our hot summer months with ceiling fans throughout. On the odd occasion though when air-conditioning is required, there is air-conditioning in both bedrooms and a large airconditioner in the lounge room which flows through to the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and the front patio overlooks the front garden and is perfect for relaxing late afternoon or early morning. The laundry features a washing machine, dryer, laundry powder, iron and ironing board. Guest access The entire house is yours to use as your own. There are 2 driveways and guests have the use of the right hand driveway. The left hand driveway is utilised by myself, gardener and co host (rarely).
