I am currently renting a very cozy, well-kept and fully furnished apartment in a small village near the medieval castle town of Friesach in Carinthia, Austria. Below are my prices including all additional costs for your information: 1 person €45.00 per night From 2 people the following prices apply: 2 people €90 per night 3 people €135.00 per night 4 people €180.00 per night 5 people €225.00 per night. Plus 1x cleaning costs €35.00 each. The space I can currently provide a locked, spacious apartment for my guests. It has about 110 m2 and is located on 2 floors with its own access with parking in front. The apartment consists of : wardrobe entrance room, hallway, 3 bedrooms (5 beds), 1 living room with open kitchen, bathroom with tub and toilet . The furnishings are well maintained and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary electric appliances, crockery and household utensils. I have a very large, beautiful garden in which my guests can stay. If something grows in my vegetable garden, I will be happy to give you something of it - vegetables, salad, herbs. My holiday apartment house is located near the medieval castle town of Friesach. St. Stefan is located towards the Metnitztal - at the foot of the Travel Mountain and the Grebenzenalpe. The place is small, very quiet and sunny. St. Stefan certainly has the most beautiful location in the area. There is no inn or shop in St. Stefan. Shopping, restaurants, etc. are available in the town of Friesach (distance approx. 1.5 km). We are located in the middle mountains. There are many ways to do something - whether on foot, by bike, motorcycle or by car. Take swimming trips to the Carinthian lakes or the natural swimming pool in Friesach, visit our small towns with their cultural offer or hike to the side valleys of the Metnitztal and the alpine pastures or go to look for sponges in the surrounding forests. Discover our hinterland as well. After the first climb, there are often still landscapes that you wouldn't expect and that you don't see from the valley. Discover our beautiful Carinthian country, the people and our natural landscape. Enjoy small things (flowers on the side of the road, a nice day, a short conversation with friendly locals, etc.). Forget your everyday life - at least for a few days. I am confident that after a stay in my house you will be driving home very rested. Guest access You are welcome to enjoy my garden and stay there. I provide loungers or my grill, there are several seats in different places. Smoking is not allowed in the house, so I have a small seating area for smokers in front of the house entrance. Of course there is a laundry room with coin washing machine and dryer. Other things to note UID No.: ATU (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Smaller cycling/mountain biking - groups or motorbike groups are welcome with me. I also have storage rooms for bicycles and motorcycles. I am happy to inform you about beautiful routes. If possible, I also like to take a tour. On request, I can also ensure that a simple breakfast is brought to the apartment in exceptional cases. This must of course be agreed for the time being and paid for separately. I am one of the hosts who leave the guests alone and do not constantly "complain" - but if you need me, then I am there and helpful.
