Haus Tamberger-Appartements-St.Stefan-Friesach

I am currently renting out a very cozy, well-kept and fully furnished apartment in a small village near the medieval castle town of Friesach in Carinthia, Austria. Below are my prices including all additional costs for your information: 1 person €40,-- per night From 2 people the following prices are: 2 persons €60,-- per night 3 persons €90,-- per night 4 persons €120,-- per night 5 persons €150,-- per night. Each plus 1x cleaning costs €30. The space I can currently provide my guests with a locked, spacious apartment. It has about 110 m2 and is located on 2 floors with its own access with parking in front. Apartment consists of : cloakroom, hallway, 3 bedrooms (5 beds), 1 living room with open kitchen, bathroom with tub and toilet . The furnishings are well maintained and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary electric appliances, dishes and household goods. I have a very large, beautiful garden where my guests are welcome to stay. If something grows in my vegetable garden, I'll be happy to give you some of it - vegetables, salad, herbs. My vacation home is close to the medieval castle town of Friesach. St. Stefan is in the direction of Metnitztal - at the foot of the Reisenberg and the Grebenzenalpe. The place is small, very quiet and sunny. St. Stefan certainly has the most beautiful location in the area. There is no inn or shop in St. Stefan. Shopping, restaurants, etc. are available in the city of Friesach (distance about 1.5 km). We are situated in the low mountains. There are many ways to do something - whether on foot, by bike, by motorbike or by car. Take swimming trips to the Carinthian lakes or the natural swimming pool in Friesach, visit our small towns with their cultural offer or hike to the side valleys of the Metnitztal and the alpine pastures or go to look for sponges in the surrounding forests. Also discover our hinterland. After the first climb, there are often still landscapes that you would not suspect there and that you don't see from the valley either. Discover our beautiful Carinthian country, people and our natural landscape. Enjoy small things (flowers on the way, have a nice day, on a short conversation with friendly locals, etc.). Forget your everyday life, at least for a few days. I am convinced that after a stay at my house you will go home very relaxed. Guest access Feel free to enjoy my garden and stay there. I provide loungers or my grill, there are several seats in different places. Smoking is not allowed in the house, so I have a small seating area for smokers in front of the house entrance. Of course there is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and a dryer. Other things to note UID No.: ATU (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Smaller cycling/mountain biking - groups or motorcycle groups are welcome with me. I also have storage rooms for bikes and motorbikes. I would be happy to inform you about beautiful routes. If possible, I also like to go on a tour. If desired, I can also ensure that a simple breakfast is brought to the apartment in exceptional cases. Of course, this is to be agreed for the time being and paid separately. I am one of the hosts who leave the guests alone and do not "besiege" them all the time - if you need me, but then I am there and helpful.
