Villa Aldiana in the land of "Teranga"

Thank you for your visit. The price of the ALDIANA villa is adjusted according to the number of people, so please specify, only the people who have booked will have access to the villa. This villa, close to the seaside, is ideal for accommodating up to eight people. Whether you're with friends or family, you'll enjoy a comfortable environment while enjoying a private stay. Children under 5 stay for free. The space The accommodation is rented exclusively, you will not share it! The newly built part is composed of two suites with in each of them: - 1 air-conditioned bedroom with triple glazed bay window and electric roller shutter, overlooking the pool - 180 x 200 canopy bed with mosquito net - Large sliding mirror closet/dressing room - In-room safe - Ceiling fan with lighting and Bluetooth on remote control. - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet Each suite has access through a lockable door. They do not communicate with each other. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge/freezer, microwave, 4-burner gas stove with range hood, coffee maker, toaster, food processor, blender, electric mixer... Kitchen opens to the dining room. Cable TV + WiFi access. The old part of the house has been recently renovated. It includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. The rooms are less modern, in a rather "African hut" style. We offer a washing and ironing service, for 6000 francs (€9) per load, to be paid on-site. Wooded garden and large terrace with 8x4 m pool, 4 deckchairs, outdoor shower, Pool-House (lounge area) + shaded dining area. Booster pump and filtered water reserve. In the event of a power outage, we have a backup generator. In order to avoid the excessive expenditure of energy and in order to respect the environment, the costs of water and electricity are the responsibility of the tenant (cost price). The meter will be read upon check-in and checkout of the accommodation. (28 euro cents per kW/h and 91 euro cents per m3 for water). The house is now equipped with photovoltaic panels, only air conditioners and water heaters are connected to the SENELEC network. Guest access The house is monitored 24/7 by the caretaker Ibou, who is also responsible for maintaining the pool and the exteriors. Oumy (or in case of absence Yafatou her niece) is present from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and takes care of the interior maintenance, lunch (shopping at the market at your expense and round-trip taxi included, either 2000 francs or €3, depending on your preferences of the day, preparation of the meal and dishes) and household linen, towels and sheets. If you wish, she can prepare your meal with a supplement of 5 euros (preparation without service) per evening for the whole group (food necessary for the preparation of the meal at your expense as well). Please specify if your departure (plane) does not allow you to leave the premises before noon, in order to keep your luggage and possibly organize ourselves... check-ins are from 4 p.m. and according to the arrivals of the flights (to be specified after booking in case of late schedule) Other things to note Please specify the number of people present, the price changes according to... unregistered people will not have access to the house.
